Emergency Drain Cleaning Case Study in Staines, TW13
Here’s an interesting case study about an emergency drain cleaning job that we did at Staines Rugby Club.
Our client was complaining that all the toilets and sinks in both the male and female bathrooms were backing up and wouldn’t drain or flush. They were staging an event that evening and so it was imperative that they got the facilities working ASAP.
Our engineer arrived at 20:49 and quickly found that a large quantity of toilet roll had got stuck in the main outlet manhole located on the outside of the club.
He then quickly went to work with the high-pressure water jet and cleared the blockage. He then performed a free “look and see” CCTV inspection and found that there were no defects in the pipework.
The client was very grateful and complimentary about our services and agreed to leave us a review on Google Maps and Trustatrader.Com.
